黄兰簪，男，广东省惠州市惠东县人，国家特级书法师，中国书法家协会会员，广东省大芬文化交流中心书法家，北京艺之瑰宝书画院院士，全国著名书法家，自幼爱好书法，业余时间勤学苦练，在2007年以来多次参加全国书画大赛并获华冠金奖一次，金奖29次，一等奖一次，银奖二次，先后被授于中国杰出艺术家，最具时代风采艺术大师，兰亭百杰、中国当代杰出贡献艺术大师、红色经典艺术家、文明之星、博学多才书画名人、求真务实艺术楷模、21世纪中国杰出艺术家、中国知名书画家。
