Social part-time job: Mr. Cao Shihua serves as the director of the Nursing Branch of the China National Health Association, the executive director of the Hangzhou Medical and Gerontology Society, the expert of the discipline evaluation of the Ministry of Education for degree and postgraduate education, the head of nursing informatics of the National Medical Information Technology Talent Training Office, the director of the branch of the China Association for Traditional Chinese Medicine Information, the director of the Nursing Branch of the China National Health Association, the vice president of the Health and Disability Technology Research Institute of the Zhejiang Provincial Invention Association, and also serves as the editorial board member of the "Medical Information", " Chinese Journal of Integrative Nursing", "Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing ", the reviewer of "Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence", "IEEE MWCL", "Applied Physics Letters", "IEEE ACCESS", "Chinese Nursing Management","Journal of Nursing Science".
Technology entrepreneurship: Professor Cao Shihua has long been engaged in the research and application of medical health IoT technology. Noticing that intelligent health and intelligent aging are the future development trends, he founded Hangzhou Aoxin Technology Co., Ltd. in July 2018 after graduating from the Macau University of Science and Technology. The company mainly engages in the research and production of medical IoT technology and medical health monitoring products. After market research both at home and abroad, Cao Shihua developed a non-contact vital signs monitoring system using high-sensitivity and low-power sensor arrays and advanced data acquisition and recognition algorithms. This project has received funding from the 5213 Outstanding Overseas Talent Program in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, and the Hangzhou Science and Technology Pandemic Finding Program. The system can continuously monitor patients' heart rate, respiration, and sleep without their awareness, and can also provide reminders and alarms for abnormal and emergency events. It effectively overcomes the impact of wearing a monitoring product on a patient's physical activity and provides a new solution for monitoring the health and sleep of patients, especially the elderly. The system has been successfully applied in hospitals, nursing homes, and community homes. The system has obtained 20 domestic and foreign patents and software copyrights for non-contact vital signs monitoring, medical health data analysis and other core technologies, obtaining intellectual property standard certification, national chronic disease appropriate technology promotion product certification, as well as national high-tech enterprise, national small-medium-sized enterprise of science and technology, national software enterprise certificates.
